Content:[4/30] OK, I open up to archives. Not a bad idea. I then go back to see that the entries that sound interesting are passworded, and others are one line long. I'm not even giving this diary proper consideration when random entries are pass word protected with no password given to a reviewer.
I give you zero. Have some sense.
That, and if this is me meant to be marknig you on poetry, I will do that, since I have nothing else to mark. As a diary you get nothing as you have no indicated that this is a poetry diary in your request.
Your poetry is extremely contrived. It's almost as if it was beaten out of you, and that is NOT a good thing. It's sloppy, badly rhymed, cliched and.....just not my cup of tea. I'm sure there are others who appreciate it, but you need to loosen up in order for your poems to be good. At the moment they come across as 'mention weed a few times in a poem, and i'll be hardcore'. Hardcore poets don't rely on references to useless drugs in order to prove their bohemian ties. You could simply learn to manipulate words and ideas in unique ways in order to engage your audience, without forcing lines to rhyme, and forcing meaningless drug references into poems that have NOTHING to do with the atmosphere, meaning or anything else of the poem.
You'remuch better at prose. You seem to be under the stupid misconception that poetry has to be alternative and rhyme. Not the case, in fact, the best poets don't rhyme. Best modern poets anyway. Entries such as this which are prose only click, but everything else is a bit of a waste. Take to doing random writing such as this, it's so much more enriching than your poetry.
You start off a poem well, and then it will degrade into meaningless and overused lines like, 'you bastard', or, 'i'll miss you'. Leave those lines to Plath and Coleridge.
You have talent. You're just focussing it badly.
Layout:[25/25] Fantastic layout, I love it. It's hauntingly beautiful. Magnificent.
Updates [8/10] Before the current hiatus, every day with multiples. I know sometimes you just need to take a break, and so I'm not letting that effect this review.
Extras:[6/10] A sitemeter, random entry, special pages, comments, links. Nothing special, and nothing really that demonstrates excess amounts of time or effort being spent.
Errors:[10/10] None that I could find.
Contact:[4/5] Comments, AIM, email.
Bonus:[1/5] Nothing worth extra marks besides my love for this layout.
Returning:[0/5] Hmm. I think that's a given.
